only null-sec sov territories are capable of being claimed, everything that is unclaimed are NPC null-sec, low-sec and high-sec territories and you cannot claim them.

how did band of brothers just vanish??
One of their leaders defected to goonswarm and disbanded the alliance. Goonswarm abandoned all of their space to invade and conquer delve as a result.

The goalposts shifted from "we will have 11 regions and remove goons from the game" to "we will maybe be someone's renters". What a shitshow. Biggest winners seem to be the chinese.. frat has a megakrab empire and mangos got all previous test space
Its to balance the game probably, goons were out of control. Frat will be the same
Goons just had critical mass and the home advantage. Their Fortress Delve was pretty much impenetrable and shoving those big numbers at current server tech proved difficult too, I honestly think 10% TiDi is what has produced this historic stalemate

Vince Draken would've attacked 1dq september 2020 when he had massive number advantage and morale was high and wallets full, and just sent more ships to the meatgrinder until the deed was done and the goons was thrown out of the only defensible constellation (all the others had keepstars aimed the wrong way, off the gate grid, etc).

Hi, I also have a PS3 Cam with filter and a 3-point headclip. In your video I see 3 green cross and a red cross. In my window I see 3 white round LED`s and a yellow +. I played arround with the threshold and Min/Max sizes but they will never turn green? I also rearly see e.g 2.80px like next to your green crosses? Please advise? My opentrack is version 2.3.10.
Man I haven't played since 2014.. I quit after 9 years of EvE.. but for the last 2 months I been reading and watching videos on EvE like crazy, it's getting to a point where I'm actually ordering a new PC since my old rig is still running on a 775 processor lol.. Thats what happened on chinese servers.
A lot of Coalitions just get big to big manage. Some players may play hardcore for 2-3 years and then take off for 2-3 years the leadership is constantly reforming , which moves things around . A coalition may break up because of new management . Alliances and Corps. then will move on do something different.
The game has grown so incredibly complex and has so much depth that its the closest thing we have to a genuine virtual reality. The culture, politics and economics of the game are so realistic
